Refund policy
This policy distinguishes automatic generation-credit restoration from irreversible cryptocurrency transfers.
Generation failures
Credits reserved for a generation are automatically restored when dispatch fails, the provider reports failure, processing exceeds the service limit, the job is cancelled before completion, or output cannot pass required safety checks. Duplicate refunds are prevented transactionally.
Crypto payment errors
Crypto transfers are generally irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, network, address, amount, or memo may permanently lose funds and may not be recoverable by RasterBloom or NOWPayments. Contact Support promptly with the order and transaction identifiers.
Purchased credits
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, completed credit purchases are final once credits are delivered. If credits were not delivered after NOWPayments marks an order finished, contact Support so the order can be reconciled.
How to request review
Submit the account email, RasterBloom order or generation ID, provider transaction ID if applicable, and a factual description. Never send wallet recovery phrases or private keys. Approved remedies may be issued as restored credits or another method required by law.
